We sell Pokémon TCG and Magic: The Gathering singles. All product listings include a condition grade and description. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listed condition before completing your order.
All sales are considered final unless a return is approved as described in Section 6.
Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Sitewide sale discounts are applied automatically at checkout when active — no coupon code is required.
If a pricing error occurs on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Full payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept the following payment methods:
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by shipping tier (Standard, First Class, Express). These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier and tracking has been generated, Game Enthusiasts LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns are subject to approval. To be considered, a return request must be initiated through your Order History, and the item must be in the same condition as described in the listing at the time of purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, to the original payment method.
Items returned in a different condition than described may not be accepted.
If something arrives not as expected, please reach out — we will do our best to make it right.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Game Enthusiasts LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site or any purchase made through it shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item that is the subject of the dispute.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oklahoma.
